The Site publishes chapters and related pages from the Celestial Princesses Saga for free reading. Features may change over time.

Access depends on ordinary internet and hosting availability. I do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may read the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not misuse the Site—for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, bypass security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

If you use comments, you are responsible for what you post. Do not post unlawful, abusive, spam, or infringing content. I may remove comments or restrict access where needed to protect the Site and other readers.

Story text, characters, world material, branding, and site design on the Site are owned by me or used with permission. All rights reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from the saga content for public or commercial use without my prior written permission, except for ordinary personal reading and sharing of links to the Site.

Short quotations for review or commentary may be fair dealing under Australian law where the legal exceptions apply; that does not grant a general right to republish chapters.

Third-party services

Comments are provided through Hyvor Talk. Hosting and analytics are provided through Vercel. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

External links, if any, are not under my control.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply, if that limitation is allowed.

Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when I do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria, Australia may hear disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any non-excludable rights you have.
